Whether it’s for lunch or dinner, come and feast with us! You’ll find a range of exquisite fish dishes: served raw, cooked on the grill or fried, as well as fresh pasta, clams, fish soups and desserts paired with local wines such as primitivo di Manduria or negroamaro del Salento.

Our story

Born in 2012 out of the enthusiasm of two young brothers with a passion for catering, Ristò Fratelli Pesce has dedicated itself over the past six years to showcasing Taranto through its traditional seafood dishes. The menu is focused on Puglian specialties, so as to showcase the flavours of the region and bring forth the smells and tastes of its traditional, seafood-laden cuisine.

The Pesce brothers have different roles within the business: Adriano is the chef, while Ivan manages front of house. This winning combination means they are perfectly equipped for the challenges their businesss brings: they combine the culinary talent for serving up local delicacies with the skill and passion for running a restaurant.

When compiling our drinks menu, we are particularly motivated by highlighting local wines such as negroamaro del Salento, wines from the I Pastìni vineyard and from the San Marzano vineyard. Bottles are paired with dishes with the aim of highlighting the regional flavours, with something different for each course.

We give our guests a chance to relax, hoping to offer them a feast of flavour and a journey through Puglian food and wine. The restaurant is perfect for family meals, business meals, dinner for two and small parties.

We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and accommodating the needs of our guests, as well as serving exquisite, high quality ingredients, traditional seafood dishes and produce from Taranto and across Puglia.

Examples of traditional produce and dishes we serve include: raw, fried and griddled fish cooked according to traditional recipes, peppered mussels, sauteed baby octopus, octopus salad and stewed octopus with tomato. You’ll also find fish soup and fresh pasta with seafood such as troccoli with clams and gnocchetti with pistachio cream and prawns. All of our dishes are cooked with fresh, local fish.

Our traditional seafood restaurant is located in Taranto and is easily reachable from the nearby towns of San Giorgio Jonico, Lizzano, Campomarjno di Maruggio, Pulsano, Grottaglie, Massafra, Martina Franca, Manduria, Sava, Ginosa, Palagiano, Castellaneta, Leporano, Faggiano and Monteparano.
